Security, exceed the industry standard.

We believe we need to make your data secure, and protecting it is one of our most important responsibilities. We are committed to being transparent about security practices.

Industry-leading security program is based on the concept of defense in depth: securing our organization, and your data, at every layer. Our advanced learning activation workforce training does not rely on data collection. We do not collect, store, or share member, partner, or affiliate biographical data to facilitate training. Our security program is aligned with ISO 27000, AICPA Trust Service Principles, and NIST standards, and is constantly evolving with updated guidance and new industry best practices. FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, EU/US Privacy Shield, Swiss/US Privacy Shield, CSA, Data encryption in transit and at rest, SAML-based SSO, SCIM provisioning, Granular app management, Custom message retention.

The security team, led by sub-service organizations Chief Security Officer (CSO), responsible for implementation and management of security program. The CSO is supported by the members of sub-service organizations Security Team, who focus on Security Architecture, Product Security, Security Engineering and Operations, Detection and Response, and Risk and Compliance.

Member data is removed immediately upon deletion by the end user or upon expiration of message retention as configured by administrator. Sub-service organization hard deletes all information from currently running production systems (excluding team and channel names, and search terms embedded in URLs in web server access logs) and backups are destroyed within 14 days. Advanced workforce training based upon competence in high school level Algebra.

Leadership, a message from the Co-Founder.

In everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo. We believe in thinking differently. We believe workforce training is both experiential, and empirical. We believe empirical principles work best when applied to clinical working environments. We believe learning how to learn, specific to the individual, will unleash and embrace the potential of individuals, systems, and policies.

We believe a multidisciplinary approach is key, bringing in people who are not necessarily from your field of expertise can be a huge leverage in terms of your capabilities. Everyone on our team has the opportunity to make a significant, long-lasting impact. We grow by being profitable, and partnering with futurist organizations, and that means we are all directly responsible for our own successes.

Our relationships with our members and with each other are built on trust, respect, and the occasional funny GIF. We leave our egos out of the equation, we give people the benefit of the doubt, and we help one another to be our best selves. We just happen to accelerate human capital, want to get started?
